What industrial concrete work does Ace take on?
- Metal building slabs and pads: The slab under a pre-engineered building, set out to the erector’s anchor bolt layout and poured to the thickness and reinforcement the engineer specified.
- Monolithic slabs: Slab and footing in one pour where the drawings call for it, including the rebar mats and timber forms the crew sets on site.
- Footings, foundation walls and structural reinforcement: Poured walls, thickened edges, rebar cages and the steel that ties the structure together.
- Not us: foundation repair: Slab leveling, crack injection and structural repair go to a repair specialist. Ace pours new concrete.
How does an industrial pour get scheduled?
- Drawings first: Send the structural sheets or the slab detail. Thickness, mix, reinforcement and joint layout come off those, not off a phone call.
- Site access confirmed before equipment moves: Pump reach, truck turning room and washout get checked against the site before a date is committed.
- One estimate, no charge: Send the project address with the plans and the estimate comes back with next steps. Someone is reachable 7 to 6 Monday through Friday and 8 to 4 on Saturday.

Industrial pours
An industrial pour. Heavier loads and harder wear mean a thicker slab and a different mix than a driveway.

Common questions
Does Ace Concrete take on industrial concrete work near Greenville, SC?
Yes. Industrial and commercial concrete are both on the service list, along with large slab pours. That covers metal building slabs, monolithic slabs, footings, foundation walls and structural reinforcement.
What do you need from me before quoting an industrial slab in Greenville, SC?
The structural drawings or the slab detail, the project address, and the date the building or the equipment needs to land on it. Thickness, reinforcement, mix and joint layout are read off the drawings rather than guessed on a call.
Do you repair existing industrial slabs and foundations in Greenville and Upstate, SC?
No. Slab leveling, crack injection and foundation repair are a different trade and Ace does not take them on. New pours, footings and walls are the work.
Which areas around Greenville, SC do you cover for industrial concrete?
Four counties in Upstate South Carolina: Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Laurens. That takes in Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Travelers Rest, Easley, Boiling Springs, Anderson and Spartanburg. The pour area also reaches into Western North Carolina, including Asheville and Hendersonville.
Send the site address with the drawings and Ace will confirm coverage before quoting. The full town list sits on the service areas page.
What does an industrial concrete slab cost in the Upstate?
It is priced off the drawings, because thickness, reinforcement and site prep move the number more than square footage does. Estimates are free, so the fastest route to a real figure is to send the plans and the address.
Who does the commercial and residential concrete work in Greenville and Upstate, SC?
The same crews. Lighter commercial work sits on the commercial concrete page and driveways, patios and garage pads sit on the residential concrete page.
